Susan qualified as a certified chocolatier in 2011, and has been playing in the chocolate kitchen ever since.

We use only the best premium couverture chocolate, fresh cream and natural flavour elements. We slab temper by hand, using traditional methods. All our chocolate creations are made by hand in small batches, in Pretoria, South Africa.
